Marina Village
Crafted with old world style, yet designed for new world luxuries, the marina village will serve as the heartbeat of Christophe Harbour.
The Heartbeat of Christophe Harbour
A marina village is evolving at Christophe Harbour over the season—including shops, cafes, residences, and a landmark "Customs House" building to house customs offices for yachting guests, marina services, fitness center, and crew lounge.
The Customs House will feature stone detailing and a series of arched openings made of handmade brick. With an iconic cupola atop, this building will be formidable and strongly identifiable—a beacon. Much as the Old Treasury Building in downtown Basseterre, the new Customs House will stand prominently as the gateway to St. Kitts, the West Indies and beyond.
Bordering the 11,000 square foot Customs House as the anchor amenities for the village is a collection of luxury retail shops. Phase 1 consists of seven retail bays along the marina boardwalk that will offer a mix that not only showcases the best of St. Kitts and Nevis to visitors from around the world, but one that also shares a global influence in a complementary way and encourages a sense of community.
Retail Shops
Already open in the marina village are four retail stores including a women's boutique, sports outfitter, art gallery, and coffee shop. Check back regularly for more information on upcoming openings.
Joya St. Kitts
Joya St. Kitts features a carefully curated collection of eclectic, high-end brands from around the world including lavish caftans and tunics, woven tote bags, and bespoke footwear suitable to take guests and members from beachside to tableside.
Totally Bananas Boutique
An outpost of the Nevis-based Bananas, this boutique features an eclectic mix of Mediterranean-inspired fashion and objets d’art collected and curated by owner Gillian Smith during her travels throughout Greece and Turkey.

DALE Original Art & Style
The vision of St. Kitts native and artist Dale Kelley, DALE original art and style showcases distinctive pieces handcrafted in St. Kitts and Nevis.
Peppe’s Coffee Kiosk
