St. Kitts and Nevis improves Customs process

By Katherine Verano in St. Kitts

Customs

On Monday, December 13 St. Kitts and Nevis introduced a new system for processing passengers arriving by air at the Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport.

Visitors will find that it is similar to the system implemented in the United States. Each arriving passenger will go through Immigration, then go through a primary examination, and if necessary, a secondary examination. St. Kitts Officials expect this new system will expedite the flow of passengers through baggage claim, creating a more efficient and pleasant experience for visitors. Robert L. Bradshaw airport has taken measures to improve this process by vamping up several areas including technology, intelligence, and security.
