If you haven’t visited Christophe Harbour recently, you’re going to be in for quite a surprise on your next visit to the Southeast Peninsula.

In early June, Christophe Harbour’s newest amenity, SALT Plage, opened on the shore of Whitehouse Bay. Designed by Christophe Harbour’s Director of Architecture, John Denton Haley, and built by RAZO construction, the entire development of the beach bar took less than 9 months from conception to grand opening.

On June 20, the long awaited official marina ground- breaking ceremony took place with the Federation’s highest officials in attendance. The groundbreaking marks a significant milestone as Christophe Harbour gains momentum and creates a serious buzz in the yachting industry.The first phase of marina berths are set to be complete by the end of 2014. Also, the main “gate house”, which will house a VIP customs and clearance office, the new Christophe Harbour sales office, a fully equipped fitness center, and additional office space, is in final design and is scheduled to open in Fall 2015.

In real estate news, we’ve had a record-setting year already in 2014 and still have six months to go! Beach Walk homesites and the new turnkey product Ocean Grove Villas have been released, adding even more variety to Christophe Harbour ownership opportunities. Five Ocean Grove Villas are under construction with a completion date slated for November of this year.

The beachside bungalows have completed their move from Turtle Beach and are now positioned on The Pavilion campus providing the ideal setting for visiting guests.
