Momentum on the Rise this Season

Sales

Interest continues to grow, with several new contracts written in the past few weeks and a noticeable increase in foot traffic onsite. The launch at Pavilion Hill was a tremendous success with 5 of the 7 available homesites sold. In the last few weeks, interest in Harbourside has picked up and only 2 homesites remain in that neighbourhood. We’ve also seen strong interest in the Windswept Villas, with one of the built units under contract.

The Christophe Harbour Real Estate team kicked off the season in Dubai, London and now, Moscow where they shared our continued success and latest ownership opportunities with Members and guests. This week, we’ll circle back around to Antigua for the boat show.

Development

Development at the site continues at a steady pace. Another new home is under construction at 129 Ocean Song Way, with another breaking ground at 8 Mariner’s Call. The Sandy Bank Bay neighbourhood gates are now active, and infrastructure work has commenced at Cardinal Point. Our landscaping team is focusing their attention on Harbourside and the new Welcome Center, with the installation of palm trees and other vegetation. Excavation of the Harbourside channel continues, and infrastructure in that neighbourhood is expected to begin soon.

Marina

With the completion of The Pavilion, we’re ready to put the “harbour” in Christophe Harbour. The harbour is nearing 19 feet in depth, with most areas down to 10-12 feet. We will have mooring capacity for super yachts in early January, and we will welcome our first boats in early January.
