Maintaining the Momentum
By Katherine Verano in Real Estate
As we wrap up our third selling season at Christophe Harbour Real Estate, we’re pleased to announce a successful start to 2010. We sold three oceanfront homesites within Sandy Bank Bay and closed several other homesites on the hillside. (The hillside homesites are nearly sold out!) The commencement of work within the marina has sparked significant interest in mega-yacht slips, and we’ve accepted two more slip reservations for a total of 8 out of 12 reserved.
We welcomed our first British, Swiss, and Kittitian property owners this quarter, a result of our increased global marketing outreach, and with the efforts of our newest Sales Executive, Maria Consolino, CHRE is seeing an increase in prospects and buyers from Nevis.
The site continues to change daily as we move further and further along with construction, and we can see Sandy Bank Bay springing to life through our windows at the Sales Office. The work on the Windswept Villas has been amazing to watch. The first of these villas is already under roof and expected to be complete by the end of this summer. Our newest releases at Harbourside and Cardinal Point are also attracting some significant interest, with two of the 10 homesites already under reservation within their first two weeks on the market.
You’ve probably noticed St. Kitts getting some great coverage in a variety of international publications, the result of a targeted effort by the St. Kitts Tourism Authority. Our island home is getting noticed, and we continue to be heartened by the steadily increasing interest in Christophe Harbour and St. Kitts from buyers across the world. There’s no time like the present to come see Christophe Harbour for yourself.
