As we welcome Fall, Christophe Harbour Real Estate is gearing up for a great season. This year has been tremendous for the team, and we’re happy to announce our largest single transaction to-date of $5.4 million on a double oceanfront homesite. Overall, this year we have closed more than $15 million in homesite sales, and $10 million in pending transactions are planned through December.

The response to our newest waterfront property releases at Cardinal Point and Harbourside has been tremendous. We’ve reserved more than 60% of the homesites to-date, and CHRE has several clients lined up to visit this season to make their homesite selection.

The two units under construction at Windswept Villas are shaping up nicely, and one of the homes has already been leased. Both units will be ready for occupancy at the end of October. We also have several other homes in various stages of design and construction, so look for more details coming soon.
