PALS has been providing healing support for the children of St. Kitts and Nevis for 25 years.

In addition, PALS also helps develop the country’s medical community by sponsoring local doctors for specialized training overseas and purchasing much needed medical equipment for the pediatrics ward.

Beyond corporate support, the larger Christophe Harbour community has also shown its support via direct involvement. A Christophe Harbour homeowner, who is also a pediatric ophthalmologist, worked closely with PALS to sponsor surgery for a 6-year old boy from Nevis who was suffering from congenital glaucoma. The much-needed surgery was required to preserve his remaining vision.

General Manager and Vice President of Operations Jon Gersonde commented that Christophe Harbour believes in building strong community ties, and most of all contributing and helping the people of St. Kitts and Nevis. He said, “The Christophe Harbour Foundation is extremely pleased to continue its efforts in support of youth development, health and wellness, environmental and cultural preservation, and social development.”
