Bucket Media Buzzing About Christophe Harbour

By Katherine Verano in St. Kitts

Yachting and lifestyle media from the U.S., U.K. and the Caribbean joined the crew of Andromeda during the three days of racing in St. Barths to learn first hand the recent progress being made at Christophe Harbour.  The media also meet with Andromeda owner and Christophe Harbour developer, Buddy Darby.  Harbour Magazine, the leading luxury lifestyle publication for St. Barths and St. Maarten, sent a photographer onboard Andromeda for the first day of racing as an opportunity to capture Buddy Darby in action for an upcoming feature on Christophe Harbour.  The following day, editor-in-chief George Sass and Senior Editor Mary South of Yachting sailed with Andromeda on Race Day 2 getting an up-close look at the competition as well as learning more about Christophe Harbour. CHDC COO LeGrand Elebash was also aboard and extended an invitation to George and Mary to visit Christophe Harbour later this year, which we anticipate will happen.  After the race, editor-in-chief of Boats International, Amanda McCracken, came aboard Andromeda and was given the most up-to-date briefing on the marina work currently underway at Christophe Harbour by Buddy Darby, LeGrand Elebash and Brian Gooding.  During that meeting, Amanda was given a vision for what Christophe Harbour will deliver to sailing and boating enthusiasts when fully operational.

As has been the case during the past year, Christophe Harbour received enthusiastic and positive responses from media who are anxiously awaiting the next premier Caribbean destination to take shape.
