Christophe Harbour is happy to announce the re-opening of the Beach House Restaurant for the upcoming Caribbean season. Guests are welcome to have dinner in the open-air dining area, or take a moment to unwind as you enjoy a cocktail on the balcony of the newly opened Beach House Lounge.

Joining the Beach House team is Executive Chef Lionel Garnier – noted for his original recipe creations, exceptional plate presentations and his proven ability to attract prestigious restaurant ratings. Chef Garnier brings vast experience, with the ability to prepare a variety of international cuisines, including: French Classical, French Nouvelle, Provencal, Mediterranean, American Nouvelle and Southwest Exotic Island Cuisine.

The Beach House is open for dinner Monday through Saturday, and closed Sunday. This schedule will be current through April 30, 2010. Starting May 1 through August 31 the Beach House will be open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday, closed Sunday and Monday.
