Christophe Harbour Events Welcome Guests From Near And Far

The first half of the year has been a busy one as our community welcomed guests from near and far for a host of exclusive events. The Marina at Christophe Harbour kicked the year off with two yachting events that brought superyachts and their owners, captains and crew as well as a spectacular fleet of classic sailing yachts to our shores.

The 4th annual Caribbean CrewFest event welcomed 15 superyachts and nearly 200 crew members. The event, hosted in partnership with ACREW, is designed specifically for superyacht crew and has more than doubled in size since its launch in 2016.

Superyacht Crew Take in Third Annual Caribbean CrewFest at Christophe Harbour

From January 17-20, Christophe Harbour, in partnership with ACREW, welcomed 15 superyachts and 205 crew members to its superyacht marina for fun, games and insightful workshops in an enviable setting, post-holiday-charter season. This year’s theme was Health & Wellbeing, a hot topic for the travel industry in 2018 and an important topic for crew.

Before the learning and exploration commenced, the all-important opening night saw superyacht crew, officials from St. Kitts Tourism Authority, ACREW, and Christophe Harbour gather for a reception along the water's edge in the Marina Village. Fuel farm improves Caribbean superyacht services landscape

Exciting news for superyacht captains in the Caribbean: The Marina at Christophe Harbour's state-of-the-art fuel farm is up and running, ready to serve yachts up to 85m. Both tax and duty exempt, Christophe Harbour's fuel will cost on average 10 cents less per US gallon than the local average, presenting a key improvement to regional superyacht infrastructure and offerings.

Caribbean CrewFest brings superyachts and their crew to St Kitts

15 and 16 January saw Christophe Harbour play host to the first ever Caribbean CrewFest in partnership with ACREW Yachting. A resounding success, the event brought 10 yachts, including M/Y Naia, S/Y Perseus^3, M/Y Galaxy, S/Y Timoneer and M/Y Seawolf, into The Marina at Christophe Harbour, with 98 crewmembers taking part in five professional development workshops, networking and a fantastic crew party with Zoom Yachting.
