Ocean Grove Villas Under Construction

We are super excited to see the newest luxury Caribbean villas under construction at Christophe Harbour. Five turnkey villas are underway as part of phase 1 of Ocean Grove Villas enclave, which was released in late March. The infrastructure is also underway with the utilities in place and the road paving to be completed this summer. The villas are expected to be complete in October and available for use in early November.

Christophe Harbour Signs Multi-Million Dollar Neighborhood Joint Venture

Christophe Harbour Development Company and Apex Capital Partners Corporation, a Canadian-based international investment group have entered into a joint venture to develop a new residential neighbourhood within Christophe Harbour. The project is set within the existing Sandy Bank Bay community and allows for the development of 50 new, two-bedroom residential villas with an investment value of approximately USD $50 million at full build out. This agreement adds to the already positive outlook Christophe Harbour has for sales and investment in 2013 with several projects currently underway, including development and planning of the marina and marina village and Park Hyatt St Kitts.

Christophe Harbour Development Update

With November’s grand opening of The Pavilion beach club, Christophe Harbour now has its social anchor. The magnificent beachfront structure, home to exquisite dining, lively activities, and top-tier service has already been featured in Maco Magazine. Paving was completed on the Cardinal Point road in February, marking the completion of the infrastructure in Sandy Bank Bay. Now, our primary focus can turn to the building of the superyacht marina. A 240-foot dock has been installed. This offers mooring capabilities for six superyachts greater than 150 feet in length.
