Fired Up for Parrilla Grill Fridays at The Pavilion

The custom-made Grillworks USA Architectural system is the focal point of The Pavilion's show kitchen and a first for St Kitts.

The culinary team at Christophe Harbour is “fired up” about their newest addition. What was once a forgotten fireplace is now the focal point of The Pavilion’s show kitchen with a new Argentinian-inspired, wood-fired grill.

New Custom Home Breaks Ground at Upper Pavilion Hill

The exclamation point to the summer's flurry of construction activity has to be the groundbreaking and beginning of earthworks for a new private home to be constructed in the upper Pavilion Hill area at Christophe Harbour. Designed by Morehouse MacDonald and Associates and built by Bennett Hofford Construction, the 5,500-sq ft custom residence will overlook The Pavilion, beautiful Sandy Bank Bay and the harbour, and when complete in Fall 2018 will be the first custom home built on the upper hillside and the first to be built for full-time residents.
