Christophe Harbour Foundation Supports Pediatric Healthcare on St. Kitts and Nevis

Representatives from the Pediatric Assistance League of St. Kitts and Nevis (PALS), President Giselle Matthew (center) and Treasurer Carolyn Chisolm (right), received a check in the amount of US $5,000 to support their various programs during a brief ceremony held at The Pavilion Beach Club at Christophe Harbour on 18th May, 2017.

The Christophe Harbour Foundation is pleased to announce its continued support of the Pediatric Assistance League of St. Kitts and Nevis (PALS).

PALS is dedicated to improving the availability of essential medical treatment and health care for the children of St. Kitts and Nevis and through its fundraising efforts not only offers financial assistance, but also provide a support network for the families of the children it serves....

SALT Plage is known for serving up the island's best craft cocktails, including this twist on the classic French 75. Try it yourself.

 

SP 75 Shake and double strain the following into a champagne flute: 

    1 oz Shipwreck mango rum 1/2 oz CSR white rum 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice 6 oz champagne (Lauret Perrier preferred)

Add lemon twist and serve. Happy squeals of delight are sure to follow.
