BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – St. Kitts and Nevis is a positive model for the Caribbean in security, democratic values education and prosperity.

So says Commander of the United States Southern Command in Florida, General Douglas M. Fraser in congratulating Prime Minister Hon. Dr. Denzil L. Douglas on the twin-island Federation’s 26th Anniversary of Independence.

British Airways adds another weekly flight to St Kitts

British Airways introduced a second weekly flight from Gatwick-London into St. Kitts’ Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport early next year. The Tuesday flight is scheduled to begin March 2010. BA introduced the existing Saturday flight, its first scheduled into St. Kitts’ Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport, on Saturday January 10th 2009.
