Maintaining the Momentum

As we wrap up our third selling season at Christophe Harbour Real Estate, we’re pleased to announce a successful start to 2010. We sold three oceanfront homesites within Sandy Bank Bay and closed several other homesites on the hillside. (The hillside homesites are nearly sold out!) The commencement of work within the marina has sparked significant interest in mega-yacht slips, and we’ve accepted two more slip reservations for a total of 8 out of 12 reserved.

We welcomed our first British, Swiss, and Kittitian property owners this quarter, a result of our increased global marketing outreach, and with the efforts of our newest Sales Executive, Maria Consolino, CHRE is seeing an  increase in prospects and buyers from Nevis.

Maria Consolino Joins Christophe Harbour Real Estate
