Starting the Season with a Bang

Christophe Harbour kicked off the season in London with two successful events, in association with our partner Aylesford International, to share our continued success and newest offerings with members and guests. From there, our Christophe Harbour Real Estate team journeyed to Dubai and Hong Kong, where COO LeGrand Elebash presented Christophe Harbour to more than 120 people at the Global Residence and Citizenship Conference. Our sales team continued their outreach at the 49th Annual Antigua Yacht Show in Antigua and in New York. Christophe Harbour will host an intimate dinner in London for some valued clients mid-November. From there we'll make our way to Hong Kong to present Christophe Harbour at the Global Residence and Citizenship Conference, sponsored by Henley & Partners. Gearing Up for the Season

As we welcome Fall, Christophe Harbour Real Estate is gearing up for a great season. This year has been tremendous for the team, and we’re happy to announce our largest single transaction to-date of $5.4 million on a double oceanfront homesite. Overall, this year we have closed more than $15 million in homesite sales, and $10 million in pending transactions are planned through December.

The response to our newest waterfront property releases at Cardinal Point and Harbourside has been tremendous. We’ve reserved more than 60% of the homesites to-date, and CHRE has several clients lined up to visit this season to make their homesite selection.

Christophe Harbour Welcomes New Safety and Security Manager

Christophe Harbour is pleased to welcome Steve Fussey. 

Specializing in crime prevention through environmental design, Steve is implementing several initiatives to enhance the existing safety and security programs at Christophe Harbour, as well as dialing inthe long-range plan. In addition to the tactical and strategic plans, Steve will also oversee the Safety and Security staff.

Steve brings more than 25 years of extensive police experience, having served in various capacities in Winnipeg, Canada.
