By Katherine Verano in Community, Marina, Shopping

A shoreside village will take shape over the coming seasons, with a unique selection of boutique shops, cafes, hotels and residences nestled throughout.

As the iconic Customs House rises, construction on retail is also well underway in the marina village. These shops are expected to be ready to occupy by the end of 2016 and open in early 2017.
