2nd Annual Member Guest a Huge Success

Christophe Harbour hosted its 2nd annual Member Guest March 30 - April 2, 2011. More than 75 people were in attendance including members, guests, partners, and local dignitaries. The event kicked off with a welcome reception at 127B Windswept Villa, with a special performance by the Liamuiga folk singers who entertained the crowd with traditional Kittitian song and dance. At a cocktail party hosted at the new Beach Club at Sandy Bank Bay, the group was treated to a "sneak preview" of what's to come when the venue officially opens this summer. The culmination of 2 days of fun in the sun was a beachside party at the Shiggidy Shack, complete with a special appearance by the famed "Fireman.

Starting the Season with a Bang

Christophe Harbour kicked off the season in London with two successful events, in association with our partner Aylesford International, to share our continued success and newest offerings with members and guests. From there, our Christophe Harbour Real Estate team journeyed to Dubai and Hong Kong, where COO LeGrand Elebash presented Christophe Harbour to more than 120 people at the Global Residence and Citizenship Conference. Our sales team continued their outreach at the 49th Annual Antigua Yacht Show in Antigua and in New York. Christophe Harbour is taking to the road this season. From St. Kitts to Hong Kong, we'll be introducing the Caribbean's most successful new resort community and sharing our ongoing progress. Christophe Harbour will host an intimate dinner in London for some valued clients mid-November. From there we'll make our way to Hong Kong to present Christophe Harbour at the Global Residence and Citizenship Conference, sponsored by Henley & Partners. We'll be making introductions in Washington, DC and New York as well this Fall and planning several events in key North American and UK cities with some of our Founding Members. Beach House Restaurant Hosts U.S. Embassy

The Beach House restaurant welcomed dignitaries from the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis and the U.S. Embassy in Barbados on July 7, 2010. The reception was hosted by the Embassy and sponsored by Christophe Harbour in honor of American “Independence Day”.

The event was attended by several senior Embassy representatives, including Charge d’Affaires D. Brendt Hardt and his wife Saskia, Lt. Col Edward Harvey and Political/Economic Officer D.R. Seckinger. Christophe Harbour Sales Team Play for Charity

The Kathy Sweeney Lowe (KSL) Foundation held the KSL Cup, an annual golf fundraiser at the Four Seasons Resort Nevis, on 3 February. Proceeds are donated to benefit education for underprivileged Nevisian children. This year, the event saw its most successful turnout with 40 participants, mostly returning Four Seasons homeowners coming together once again after the winter months.  This year’s tournament included the Christophe Harbour sales crew as new participants and Thomas, Martin, David, and Maria joined forces for a day on the greens to support the event’s cause. The 2010 tournament, a nine-hole, four-team, best-ball scramble, featured a shotgun start with players fanning out to their starting holes.
