Christophe Harbour Hosts Nevis Primary School Students

Christophe Harbour was pleased to welcome nearly 100 Nevis primary school students for a site visit this week. The students represented Joycelyn Liburd Primary School, Nevis Academy and Elizabeth Pemberton Primary School as part of the Nevis Tourism Education Program, sponsored by the Nevis Ministry of Tourism.  The Tourism Education Program teaches various tourism-related topics throughout the year and culminates at the end of each school year with a number of field trips that help expose students to the operations of the tourism industry.

Christophe Harbour Welcomes New Assistant Guest Services Manager

Christophe Harbour welcomes Viera Galloway as the new Assistant Guest Services Manager. 

We are pleased to welcome Viera Galloway as the new Assistant Guest Services Manager for the Christophe Harbour Club. A native of St. Kitts, Viera graduated from Florida Memorial University with an undergraduate degree in Communications and a Master’s in Business Administration, both of which serve her well in her new role.

Viera is well known for her leadership, professionalism and dedication to excellence. We are thrilled to have her as part of the Christophe Harbour family.

Christophe Harbour Foundation Furthers Literacy in St. Kitts and Nevis

The Christophe Harbour Foundation sponsored Creating an Interactive Learning Environment that will Improve Literacy, a professional development workshop for teachers, on May 29 at Sandy Point Primary School. 

Since its launch, the Christophe Harbour Foundation has dedicated its efforts and its dollars - more than $2 million ECD - to a variety of causes throughout the Federation of St. Kitts & Nevis, most notably in the areas of health and wellness, environmental and cultural preservation, and social and youth development.

Delta Adds Flights to St. Kitts from New York and Atlanta

Getting to your favorite Caribbean island home-away-from-home just got a little easier with additional weekly service announced by Delta Air Lines this week.

This winter, travellers to St. Kitts and Nevis will enjoy new weekly service from Delta’s hub at New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport on Saturday and an additional seasonal flight from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport on Tuesday.

The JFK service on Delta will begin December 23 on the following schedule:

Sipping on a SP 75

SALT Plage is known for serving up the island's best craft cocktails, including this twist on the classic French 75. Try it yourself.

 

SP 75 Shake and double strain the following into a champagne flute: 

    1 oz Shipwreck mango rum 1/2 oz CSR white rum 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice 6 oz champagne (Lauret Perrier preferred)

Add lemon twist and serve. Happy squeals of delight are sure to follow.
