The communal experience of a whole roast pig during the holidays goes back thousands of years. It's a tradition still embraced throughout the region. We're carrying on the tradition here at SALT Plage. Join us Friday, December 28 for sunset steel pan and a Caribbean pig roast supper. Executive Chef Barnaby Jones and Sous Chef Saundia Mitchum Glasgow are serving up a menu with all the usual fixings with a few new twists. You won't want to miss starters such as roast pumpkin, arugula and cranberry salad, conch chowder, or pasta,shrimp and pineapple salads.
