COO LeGrand Elebash and Sales Manager Thomas Liepman just arrived back on island after spending some time in Dubai and Russia promoting Christophe Harbour. In Dubai, Mr. Elebash met personally with prospects and investors that have been following the advancement of Christophe Harbour. These interactions paved the way for new contacts and strategic partnerships.

While in Russia, the team presented Christophe Harbour at a private wealth forum and at a private party in Moscow.  Participants continue to The island’s beauty, our product offering, and the Citizenship by Investment Program continue to draw significant interest. These events were not our first mark in Russia or Dubai, and we are pleased to see such an enthusiastic outcome once again.

Christophe Harbour is working its way through what we predict will be a very busy year. We have recently completed installation of a 240-foot long section of floating dock and superyacht moorings in the Christophe Harbour yacht basin. This interim facility can hold up to six superyachts within the protected inner harbour. Excavation at the marina continues, with current depths in the yacht basin at 18 feet or more and 15 feet at the mouth of the harbour. Once completed, the Superyacht Marina will be the focal point of Christophe Harbour. We just sold the last homesite in the initial release of property at Harbourside. Utilities, regrading, and final road paving are now complete at Cardinal Point and Pavilion Hill, ahead of schedule. This infrastructure completion not only marks safe and easy travel along Cardinal Point Drive, but also signifies continued progress within the Sandy Bank Bay neighbourhood.

Construction began on St. Kitts' first private jet terminal in February, and construction is moving along on schedule. Airport representatives anticipate the facility will be complete by the end of 2012. For several years, Christophe Harbour has provided personalized, expedited customs and immigrations services for our members and guests arriving by private aircraft. We anxiously anticipate the opening of the terminal and expanded services. 

The private jet terminal will be located west of the main airport parking apron and will consist of modern arrival and departure lounges, a business center and related offices, processing facilities, as well as an elegantly landscaped courtyard and events center.
