Osprey Invasion

By admin in

The following is a recent birding report written by Kittitian birder Michael Ryan.

Bird watchers and curious onlookers were fascinated to observe a massive influx to St. Kitts of one of the majestic birds of prey, the Osprey.

While driving on the South East Peninsula road, directly opposite the construction of the Christophe Harbour project by the Great Salt Pond, eighteen Ospreys were counted in the trees on both sides of the road in a distance of no longer than a half a mile, and one was flying for a total of nineteen. By Katherine Verano in Marina, Yachting

It’s a bird, It’s a Plane, It’s…… Amphibex.  We are all enjoying watching from the office windows as this excavator works its little heart out in the harbour. Luxury Real Estate Sales on the Rise at Christophe Harbour

By Katherine Verano in Real Estate

Christophe Harbour Real Estate started 2013 with a bang. The pace of sales has picked up significantly, and we began the year with more momentum than any season in our history. Sales activity is strong with 16 properties sold for upwards of US $30 million so far this year, a robust pipeline, and new prospects arriving daily.

CHRE had a successful release of phase 2 homesites at Harbourside, where 8 of 9 homesites were sold. Harbourside continues to be our most popular enclave. Beachfront options have also been in high demand this season, with only 2 of 16 Beachfront homesites remaining in inventory. We’re pleased to see the roofline of our first Beachfront home peaking over the dunes at Sandy Bank Bay and are looking forward to breaking...
