Marina Early Buyer Incentives Close 19 September

Our marina early buyer incentives draw to a close on 19 September and with them the opportunity for a Founding Membership. 

The Christophe Harbour team will be heading to the Monaco Yacht Show starting Wednesday 24 September to meet with a superyacht industry increasingly vocal about the possibilities The Marina at Christophe Harbour presents. Following the official groundbreaking in June, work on the marina is rapidly progressing with the first 24-berth superyacht dock well on track for completion by the end of this year. The Marina will be open to vessels in early 2015.

Park Hyatt Emerging at Banana Bay

What an exciting time for Christophe Harbour! The marina is rapidly taking shape within the harbour, and Park Hyatt St. Kitts, Christophe Harbour's first ultra luxe hotel, is emerging at Banana Bay.  

Hotel construction is in full swing and on track for completion by late December 2015. To-date, 18 of the 26 buildings are now visibly under construction.

Several top Hyatt regional executives recently visited the hotel construction site at Christophe Harbour to review the progress being made and begin planning for hotel operations, which are scheduled to commence in early 2016.

First Windswept Residence Club Villa Now Complete

It’s cause for celebration here at Christophe Harbour as we welcome a new Windswept Residence Club villa to the Sandy Bank Bay landscape. The newly-constructed villa is fully furnished and completely outfitted with plush essentials. Construction, which began in 2013, was led by Bennett Hofford Caribbean Construction. With architecture by Herlong & Associates and interiors by Allison Elebash, Villa Bougainvillea (as it’s affectionately known) is a crisp, contemporary and casual Caribbean escape.
