The first phase of The Marina at Christophe Harbour is set to open in just a few weeks. 

With construction complete, the marina team is keeping busy ramping up operations in anticipation of the mid-February opening. A February 14 celebration is planned with a variety of activities around the property that culminates with a concert and fireworks. 

During our inaugural season, Christophe Harbour offers up to 3 nights complimentary dockage for vessels 100'–300'. Services include use of the tender dock, in-slip power/water/fueling (usage rates apply), daily refuse collection, VIP clearance for yachts and private aircraft, access to nearby private jet terminal, concierge services and onsite transportation, and access to SALT Plage.

Christophe Harbour is pleased to announce its newest release of luxury Caribbean real estate - a new collection of residential homesites within Sandy Bank Bay.  

This limited release of six homesites sits on a prominent bluff just above The Pavilion beach club at Sandy Bank Bay. The Pavilion features an oceanside pool and cabana, open-air dining, and shoreside activities. Very few homesites within Christophe Harbour offer closer proximity and access to the amenities of The Pavilion. Each homesite qualifies under the real estate option of the St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment program.

Elite Traveler has released their first ever "Top Wordlwide Residential Real Estate Developments" list, and Christophe Harbour is thrilled to be included as a "must-know-about real estae residential property development."

The list appears in the September/October 2014 list on stands now and takes into consideration a number of attributes ranging from the current Ultra High Net Worth population to the development location. Only 24 Caribbean properties were included in the list of 249 worldwide properties.  

A warm welcome to Linda Pearson, who has joined the team as Dockmaster. Linda, a fully qualified large yacht captain herself, was formerly the First Officer aboard Andromeda La Dea and, as such, is no stranger to the Christophe Harbour team or St. Kitts. With marina construction headily underway, Linda will play a key role in operations, and her superyacht expereince will go a long way in creating a destination that is both welcoming and accommodating for the superyacht fleet. Marina construction is progressing nicely and still on track for a December 2014 delivery.
