Preferred Architects
Christophe Harbour's island architecture artfully blends nature and the built environment. Indoor/outdoor spaces frame spectacular views, capture tropical breezes, and inspire relaxed Caribbean living.
Several accomplished architecture and design firms have crafted proposed schematics and design guidelines for Christophe Harbour residences, giving each a distinctive look and feel. The overriding aesthetic is organic, stylish, and calming, and the Caribbean design incorporates inviting outdoor walkways and lush gardens, glistening pools, entertaining spaces, and cooking areas.
You can use our custom schematics or design your own home, working with your own architect, or choose from one of our preferred architects.
Owners may design their own residences consistent with the general direction and island architecture suggested in the Christophe Harbour Design Guidelines and approved by the Design Review Board.

Preferred Builders
Once the plans for your distinctive Caribbean home are complete, work with our experienced staff and preferred luxury home builders to make your investment a reality.
Our preferred luxury home builders are familiar with Christophe Harbour Design Guidelines and other local requirements for constructing homes in St. Kitts and will be able to thoroughly explain the design and construction process to you. We provide you with a carefully curated list of preferred builders for you to choose from or you can always select your own.
Per agreement with Christophe Harbour, the St. Kitts-Nevis Government waives all import duties on construction materials, furniture and fittings for homes in Christophe Harbour – a significant savings. Materials will, however, be subject to a customs service charge.
